Shipping Policy

Made to order in China

Every AlgoInk artwork is made to order in China. Production normally takes up to 7 calendar days after your design is approved and payment is confirmed.

Shipping destinations and charges

We offer free tracked standard shipping on orders of US$99 or more to available European destinations. Shipping to all other available destinations is charged at the rate shown at checkout.

Available services may vary by destination. We normally use UPS or another fully tracked international carrier.

Estimated transit time after dispatch

• Available European destinations: 7–12 business days.
• Other available destinations: 8–18 business days.

These are conservative estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, remote-area delivery, peak periods and local carrier delays may add time.

Tracking

We will email you a tracking number after your order is dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Customs duties and import taxes

Orders are shipped from China. Import duty, VAT and any other taxes or charges assessed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

Packaging

Unframed artwork is placed in a protective sleeve and packed in rigid, reinforced outer packaging selected for its size. Large-format artwork may be shipped in a reinforced tube; smaller formats may be shipped flat. If a framed option is offered, it is packed in a protective box suitable for international transit.
