Order changes and cancellations

You may request changes or manually cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours of placing it. Please email info@algoink.art with your order number.

After 48 hours, production materials and machine time are reserved. The order can no longer be changed. If we are able to accept a cancellation after this point, 30% of the order value will be retained as a making fee.

Returns if you are not happy with the artwork

We want you to be happy with the finished artwork. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return and refund. Please do not send the artwork back before receiving return instructions from us.

Returned artwork should be in its original condition and protective packaging. After we receive and inspect the return, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Damage, defects or an incorrect item

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of both the artwork and its packaging. We will provide a replacement free of charge, including replacement shipping.

Hand-drawn plotter characteristics

AlgoInk artwork is physically drawn with real pens rather than digitally printed. Small variations in ink density, pen pressure and line texture are natural characteristics of this process. These details do not affect your right to contact us if you are unhappy with the finished artwork.
